Role Overview

As a Branch Manager at IndusInd Bank, you will be entrusted with overseeing all branch activities, demonstrating strong leadership and a customer-centric approach. You will be accountable for managing the branch as a profit center, focusing on profitability by acquiring net worth accounts, boosting Net Interest Income (NII), transaction fees, driving revenue through third-party products, and controlling operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge and management of branch operations and processes.
• Ultimate responsibility for branch Profit & Loss, managing both revenue and expenses.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and audit requirements.
• Establish new branches from inception, significantly growing their business volume.
• Focus on all product lines and offerings provided by the bank.
• Enhance the bank's brand value by attracting and managing high-net-worth clients.
• Implement industry best practices to expand the customer base.
• Improve employee engagement and value proposition within the branch team.
• Consistently meet and exceed challenging targets set by the bank.
• Manage all aspects of business in alignment with the bank's growth strategies.
• Maintain compliance with bank processes, emphasizing regulatory standards.
• Nurture and develop talent, preparing team members for higher responsibilities.
• Decrease employee attrition rates at the branch.
