Role Overview

The position is for a Branch Gold Loan Executive internship lasting six months, with a stipend-based compensation scheme. The role is based near the candidate's residence within a 5 to 10 km radius from their local branch.

Career Advancement

Successful completion of the six-month internship can lead to promotion as a Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).

Compensation Details

During the internship, candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹12,300 to ₹14,000. Upon transitioning to full-time employment, the annual salary package ranges from ₹2.5 lakh to ₹2.92 lakh, potentially reaching up to ₹3.0 lakh including performance incentives and branch-related bonuses.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should be graduates of any stream, having passed between 2023 and 2026. Strong communication skills in the local or regional language and a customer-friendly attitude are essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support daily gold loan operations including administrative tasks and backend follow-ups.
• Address customer queries and ensure excellent client relationship management.
• Assist sales and marketing teams in client acquisition, retention, and local promotional activities including in-house calling.
