About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to become part of our team at Talk Talk Communication. The selected candidate will manage both outbound and inbound calls, connecting with prospective clients, and imparting details about our products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively handle outbound and inbound phone calls to reach potential customers.
- Communicate product/service information clearly to generate customer interest.
- Establish and nurture rapport with clients over the phone to facilitate engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with callers patiently.
- Good interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers remotely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced telecalling environment.
Compensation
The offered monthly salary ranges between 10,000 and 16,000 INR.
