Job Overview

We are seeking a Biology Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role involves providing deep biological insights to support AI development projects, enhancing the accuracy and relevance of scientific content related to biology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct critical assessments and provide comprehensive feedback on biology-related data, questions, and content embedded in AI workflows.
• Develop, assess, and fine-tune scientific scenarios and questions that mirror complex biological issues found in real-world contexts.
• Deliver expert perspectives to ensure the biological datasets and AI outputs have precision, depth, and pertinence.
• Work collaboratively with platform teams to resolve inconsistencies and boost the quality and coverage of biological information.
• Maintain clear documentation of methodologies, insights, and reasoning to uphold transparency and reproducibility.
• Engage in cyclical reviewing and continuous evaluation to improve the AI system’s biological performance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary knowledge exchange sessions to enhance overall project success.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD degree in Biology or a related life science field.
• Strong mastery of fundamental biological concepts with aptitude for simplifying complex topics for varied audiences.
• Outstanding communication skills in both writing and speech to convey scientific feedback effectively.
• Proficient in scientific data evaluation, critical analysis of research, and integration of complex knowledge.
• Ability to work autonomously delivering consistent, high-quality results within project goals.
• Experience contributing to cross-disciplinary scientific or tech projects; familiarity with AI is advantageous but not required.
• High attention to detail, commitment to scientific accuracy, and promoting rigorous standards.
