Billing and Invoicing Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Billing and Invoicing Engineer to oversee the financial procedures related to project execution. The role demands precision, compliance adherence, and efficiency in managing all billing and invoicing tasks. The position involves the preparation of planned vs actual cost analyses, detailed evaluation of BOQ item rates, and comprehensive quantity estimations to aid in precise project costing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and authorize invoices from subcontractors.
• Maintain and monitor project cash flow to ensure financial health.
• Prepare earned value statements and present monthly financial reports to management.
• Track project cycle times and assess budget performance against targets.
