About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor within CHANEL's Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer experiences in makeup, fragrances, and skincare. Supporting the sales team, your goal is to cultivate a loyal clientele through unique and memorable service that reflects the brand's reputation.

Role Responsibilities

• Promote cross-selling across all product categories within the boutique.
• Manage client feedback and requests promptly and professionally according to company guidelines.
• Build and maintain a personal client database, focusing on effective clienteling with managerial collaboration.
• Participate actively in beauty-related events and workshops designed for clients.
• Maintain boutique appearance aligned with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Contribute to boutique operations by providing relevant reports and supporting the Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and key performance indicators.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian language skills are advantageous.
• Strong passion for makeup and overall beauty with a keen focus on exceptional client experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a proactive and culturally sensitive approach.
