Key Responsibilities

• Deliver beauty salon services including waxing, threading, facials, clean-ups, manicures, and pedicures with high standards.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience by maintaining professional conduct and excellent service.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and sanitization protocols before, during, and after every service session.
• Suggest appropriate beauty products and service bundles tailored to customers' specific needs.
• Efficiently schedule and manage appointments while ensuring timely arrival at customer locations.
• Handle all service-related equipment and products with responsibility and care.
• Maintain superior customer ratings, strive to minimize complaints, and comply with the company's quality guidelines.
• Keep skills updated continuously through ongoing training and certification programs.

• वैक्सिंग, थ्रेडिंग, फेशियल, क्लीन-अप, मैनीक्योर, और पेडीक्योर जैसी सैलून सेवाएं उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ प्रदान करना।
• ग्राहकों को पेशेवर व्यवहार और उत्कृष्ट सेवा के द्वारा बेहतरीन अनुभव देना।
• सेवा के पूर्व, दौरान और पश्चात स्वच्छता व सैनिटाइजेशन के कड़ाई से पालन करना।
• ग्राहक की जरूरतों के अनुसार उचित ब्यूटी प्रोडक्ट्स तथा सर्विस पैकेज सुझाना।
• अपॉइंटमेंट को प्रभावी ढंग से प्रबंधित करना और समय पर ग्राहक के स्थान पर पहुंचना।
• सेवा में प्रयोग होने वाले उपकरणों और उत्पादों का सुरक्षित एवं जिम्मेदारी से इस्तेमाल करना।
• उच्च ग्राहक रेटिंग बनाए रखना, शिकायतों को कम करना तथा कंपनी के गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन करना।
• नियमित प्रशिक्षण और प्रमाणन के माध्यम से कौशलों का सतत विकास करना।
