Role Overview

As a Bartender specializing in non-alcoholic beverages, you will join a vibrant hospitality team to craft exquisite mocktails and drinks, providing excellent guest service in a refined environment. Your role is essential in delivering memorable guest experiences through skillful preparation and personable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a variety of non-alcoholic drinks following set recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and well-stocked bar area with proper upkeep of all equipment and glassware.
• Offer informed advice on beverage choices to elevate guest enjoyment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately via the Point of Sale system.
• Manage bar stock, regulate inventory, place orders timely, and minimize waste.
• Comply strictly with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Engage guests warmly and professionally to build positive relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Maintain composure and efficiency during high-demand periods.
• Adhere to all company policies while exemplifying the Raffles brand values.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous bartending experience in luxury or upscale resort environments.
• In-depth knowledge of mocktail preparation and beverage presentation standards.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and bar management software.
• Comprehensive understanding of non-alcoholic beverage varieties and service.
• Proficiency in cash handling and inventory control.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with English fluency; additional language skills preferred.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented approach ensuring cleanliness and high presentation standards.
• Awareness of local Saudi Arabian culture and hospitality practices is advantageous.
• Flexible to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
