Key Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare quality beverages, whole bean coffee, and food items following our recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security standards.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Understand and anticipate customer and store needs by familiarizing yourself with the store environment and clientele.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs and fostering authentic connections.
• Keep the working area clean and well organized for fellow staff and customers.

Additional Details

Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends due to the nature of the store's operations.
