The Bakery Assistant will support the bakery team in preparing various pastries, ensuring adherence to consistent recipes and presentation standards. The assistant will be responsible for operating bakery equipment safely and keeping workstations clean, organized, and hygienic. Efforts to reduce ingredient waste and spoilage are essential, as is compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Additional duties may be assigned by the manager.
