Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by practicing Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
• Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring every workstation remains clean, organized, and always prepared for audits.
• Lead and support your teammates by fostering a positive culture based on wellbeing, resilience, and shared achievements.
• Continuously grow your baking and leadership skills through curiosity and dedication.
• Perform effectively under pressure, managing the physical demands and tight timelines characteristic of a busy bakery environment.

Requirements

• Possess a formal baking qualification or corresponding industry experience.
• Demonstrate prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery setting.

Roster Options

• Tuesday to Saturday: 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Sunday to Thursday: 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
