About the Role
We are seeking a Back Office Coordinator to join our Operations and Administration department. This role involves managing critical communication between clients, supervisors, staff, and officials, as well as maintaining important records and reports that facilitate smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication via WhatsApp with clients, supervisors, and staff members.
- Compose, dispatch, and track official email correspondence.
- Liaise with BMC officials and keep thorough records of interactions.
- Collect, verify, and archive site photographs and updates related to project progress.
- Distribute progress photographs and reports to clients and management as needed.
- Maintain regular coordination with site supervisors and indoor office personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow up with field employees to gather daily progress updates, attendance details, and required documentation.
- Keep accurate records of work status, reports, and email correspondence.
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, MIS reports, and other relevant office documentation.
- Ensure prompt and effective communication across office, field staff, and management teams.
- Support filing, document management, and various administrative duties.
- Carry out additional back-office support and coordination tasks as assigned by management.
