About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Back of House Team Members to join Everyman Leeds, a cinema renowned for blending premium environments with exceptional hospitality. This team plays a crucial role in presenting our menu items, including burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates, to the highest quality standards, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to prepare and deliver kitchen items that meet quality expectations.
• Maintain consistent standards for food presentation and safety within the kitchen area.
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation supporting overall venue success.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in kitchen roles such as Line Cook, Kitchen Assistant, or similar is favorable but not mandatory.
• Possess a strong passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
• Exhibit a lively personality combined with a hardworking, positive, and adaptable mindset.
• Enjoy working cooperatively within a team environment or independently.
