Role Overview

We are seeking a People and Experience (PET) Associate to join our London-based team. This position breaks the mold of traditional HR, combining empathy, professionalism, patience, and kindness to enhance employee experiences and support both administrative and strategic HR tasks with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise and accurate data entry within HR systems including HiBob, Moore Payroll, ClickUp, and Greenhouse.
• Manage employee-related documentation such as contracts, references, promotions, and exit letters.
• Serve as a dedicated ambassador throughout the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Respond promptly and effectively to day-to-day employee queries and first-line people-related questions.
• Generate reports and analyze data trends to support the People team and management.
• Assist People Operations with system administration and routine HR support.
• Collaborate with Finance to prepare monthly payroll inputs and process invoices linked to People and Experience team activities.
• Provide administrative assistance during employee relations matters including note-taking and drafting letters.
• Manage absence and holiday tracking reports.
