Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead and expand the quantitative research services. The role requires managing teams, enhancing client relationships, and driving business growth through expert consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for insight teams, ensuring delivery of superior quality and strategically impactful research projects.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, supervise research execution, and effectively communicate actionable insights that influence key business strategies.
• Promote commercial growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and enhancing quantitative research offerings.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in market research with a strong emphasis on quantitative methodologies and analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding teams and managing projects successfully.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders and brand representatives.
• Strong critical thinking and project management capabilities.

Additional Information

• Location: Dublin, with a requirement to be onsite at least three days per week.
• Salary Range: €70,000 to €85,000 annually, dependent on experience, plus bonus.
