Health Prime Services is hiring freshers for the position of Associate Analyst - Insurance Follow Up in Vadodara. This is a night-shift opportunity focused on insurance claim follow-up and denial resolution within the healthcare revenue cycle.
Work Location and Shift
The role is based in Vadodara, India and requires working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to insurance companies to understand the reason behind claim denials.
- Review denial details from EOBs and ERAs and verify them with the insurer through calls.
- Reprocess claims over the phone or reopen claims through online insurance portals when required.
- Handle patient data carefully and follow HIPAA compliance standards while accessing or sharing information.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be freshers with any HSC qualification or graduation, and strong communication skills are preferred. Candidates who are still studying are not eligible for this opening.
