About the Role
JOYn RH is a consultancy specializing in recruitment, dedicated to hiring top talent for clients across Brazil and internationally. We are currently seeking a Junior HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team's daily operations by handling administrative duties and operational processes under supervision, ensuring timely and quality deliverables throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the HR communication channel (email), assisting employees with inquiries and operational requests.
- Support operational processes including hiring, terminations, promotions, vacation management, and updating system records.
- Assist in payroll closing by organizing documents such as medical certificates, awards, benefits, and other variables.
- Schedule periodic medical exams and keep track of related certificates.
- Maintain organized employee records and folders, ensuring information is current and compliant with data privacy regulations (LGPD).
- Facilitate internal communications by distributing updates on hour banks, salary adjustments, benefits, and other HR notices.
- Contribute to endomarketing activities and internal events (birthday coffees, commemorative dates, coffee breaks), coordinating with reception, marketing, accounting, and suppliers.
- Support office infrastructure and space organization, including operational purchases (market, coffee, fruits) and inventory monitoring.
- Assist recruitment tasks when needed: posting job openings, updating creative materials, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Submit process stages requiring management approval, following established HR workflows.
Required Qualifications and Knowledge
- Currently pursuing or holding a technical or higher education degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of HR administrative routines such as hiring, termination, leave management, and payroll.
- Familiarity with labor laws (CLT) and personnel department procedures.
- Basic knowledge of data protection laws (LGPD) relating to employee information handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with HR systems and communication platforms like corporate email and LinkedIn.
- Awareness of document organization and filing, both physical and digital.
