Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Stradivarius store located in Saarbrücken's Europa Galerie. This is a permanent, full-time role centered on managing store operations smoothly, including behind-the-scenes activities.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will combine operational expertise with leadership skills to support the store management. Responsibilities include leading daily team activities, ensuring seamless integration of processes, customer service, and sales functions, and maintaining store structure that promotes stability and commercial success.

Required Qualifications

You understand that a robust store culture depends on stability and individuals willing to take responsibility. You are proficient at identifying where extra help is needed and intervening accordingly. Working together with management, you implement standards, guide your team, and keep the commercial momentum flowing to lay the foundation for success.
