Assistant Manager - Fulfillment Center Operations

Role Overview

As the Assistant Manager for Fulfillment Center (FC) Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the FC to guarantee smooth management of inventory, seamless order processing, and effective logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse processes including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive efficiency improvements.
• Utilize data analysis to detect patterns and recommend enhancements within supply chain workflows.
• Maintain strict adherence to organizational policies, standard procedures, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Fulfillment Center operations.
• Have a robust understanding of inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and overall supply chain operations.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities with the capability to effectively lead a team.
• Be adept with technology platforms used for monitoring inventory quantities and order management.
