Multiple roles are available for warehouse operations, each with specific qualifications, experience, and job functions. Candidates with B.Com, M.Com, MBA or ITI qualifications may apply depending on the role.
Assistant Manager - Warehouse
- Experience required: 10 to 12 years
- Qualifications preferred: B.Com, M.Com or MBA
- Prioritize early joinees
Responsibilities
- Manage all QAMS documentation linked to warehouse functions
- Oversee and supervise daily operations including quality assurance, inventory and space management, logistics, productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Train and schedule subordinate coordination teams
- Handle equipment and area qualifications along with validation activities
- Manage materials and warehouse space efficiently
- Operate SAP systems for warehouse management, specifically MM module experience
- Supervise the entire warehouse process from receipt through dispatch
- Handle raw and packing material dispensing, cold storage management, and balance calibrations
- Ensure QMS compliance, prepare qualification reports, MIS, and dispatch documents
Executive / Officer - Warehouse (Receipt & General Injectable)
- Experience requirement: 4 to 8 years
- Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, or MBA
Responsibilities
- Manage receipt and dispensing of raw material, packing materials, solvents, and consumables including cold storage items
- Inspect and record all incoming materials per SOPs, reporting discrepancies to management
- Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in SAP and update material receipt registers
- Prepare and attach quarantine labels and coordinate with QC department
- Coordinate with production and packing for daily dispensing schedules to prevent delays
- Maintain proper documentation like log books, checklists, balance verifications, and daily records
- Ensure segregation and correct storage location updates for materials
- Validate physical stocks versus SAP records and handle finished goods receipt and dispatch
- Monitor temperature records for cold storage and report excursions
- Maintain a safe workspace and upkeep equipment and storage facilities
- Participate in qualification, calibration, and validation activities including process and cleaning validations
- Handle Quality Management System documentation such as change control, CAPA, deviations, OOS, and OOT
- Prepare, review, and revise SOPs according to current practices
- Conduct investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analyses for deviations
- Manage internal and regulatory audits, respond to audit observations
- Procure equipment and prepare technical specifications (URS)
- Coordinate with engineering for equipment breakdowns and repairs
- Adhere strictly to cGMP, GDP, and GWP guidelines
- Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors or department heads
Technician - Warehouse (Dispatch)
- Experience required: 4 to 8 years
- Qualifications: B.Com or ITI
Responsibilities
- Receive finished injectable products and verify their quantities
- Perform packing, labeling, palletizing and prepare dispatch shipments
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management or ERP systems
- Ensure storage conditions are maintained as per product requirements
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety procedures
- Conduct material reconciliation and stock verification
- Prepare dispatch paperwork including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists and batch records
- Coordinate with logistics, quality assurance and production teams
- Load and unload materials using suitable equipment
- Implement FIFO and FEFO stock rotation practices
- Report any discrepancies, damages or deviations promptly
