About the Role
Honey Bucket is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee field operations within the Bay Area, including Santa Rosa and Sacramento regions. This leadership position involves hands-on management of routes, personnel, and operational outcomes in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Route Supervisors, drivers, and field staff.
- Oversee daily operations including route management and delivery of services.
- Enhance performance metrics related to safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Coach team members, enforce accountability, and strengthen overall team output.
- Collaborate with sales departments to aid in business growth and client retention.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and internal company standards.
- Travel as required to various locations within the Bay Area, Santa Rosa, and Sacramento.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles within operations, logistics, construction, or field service sectors.
- Proven experience managing drivers, laborers, or field teams.
- Strong abilities in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Familiarity with routing and dispatch systems is preferred.
- Comfortable working in field environments including ride-alongs and outdoor job sites.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually.
