Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our team in Dubai. The candidate should demonstrate strong technical and design capabilities with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, as well as comprehensive knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) submission processes and local building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage complete architectural design packages covering concept, schematic, and working drawings.
• Prepare and submit project documentation to DM, ensuring all code requirements are met.
• Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings utilizing Revit and Photoshop.
• Lead client presentations to showcase designs, gather input, and adjust proposals accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with in-house structural and MEP teams to ensure design integration.
• Produce detailed plans including sections, elevations, and layouts.
• Supervise junior architects and freelancers as needed.
• Deliver innovative and functional design solutions promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and related rendering tools.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience managing DM submissions and approvals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Capable of working independently under pressure while handling multiple projects.

Employment Details

This position is a full-time contract role based onsite in Dubai.
