About the role
jangled nerves has been active internationally for more than 25 years, creating spatial-media communication concepts at the intersection of the physical and digital world. The agency works for museums, exhibitions, showrooms, visitor centers, trade fairs, and events, combining strategic consulting, concept development, and design with planning expertise for temporary structures, museum spaces, and exhibition architecture, plus production capabilities in film, media, and interaction.
For the Stuttgart team, the company is seeking an Architect Project Management (m/f/x) – Spatial Communication professional who can help deliver demanding projects with strong design standards and efficient execution.
What you will do
- Lead and coordinate existing large-scale projects through all phases of the HOAI service stages.
- Act as a confident point of contact when advising clients and coordinating all relevant project stakeholders.
- Help drive interdisciplinary workflows in cooperation with other specialists while keeping high design expectations in view.
- Provide technical and professional guidance to the internal interdisciplinary team and work closely with the Creative Director.
- Make sure projects are completed smoothly and in a cost-conscious way.
What the company is looking for
- A degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Several years of experience handling large-scale projects and the ability to navigate project-based work challenges.
- A strong appreciation for refined design and fresh, innovative ideas.
- Solid knowledge of applicable laws, standards, guidelines, building regulations, and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures).
- Experience supporting junior colleagues and helping them stay motivated during demanding periods.
- A personable, empathetic communicator with confidence, assertiveness, and a strong presence.
- Interest in varied experiential spaces that use modern media technology.
- Fluency in presentations and communication in both German and English.
