Architect (m/f/d) Project Leadership Phases 1-4, Competitions

About the Position

This role involves leading architectural projects through planning phases 1 to 4 and independently managing competitions and studies. Ideal candidates will have strong design skills, conceptual clarity, and the ability to supervise smaller design teams while ensuring architectural quality from concept to approval.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling architectural concepts during planning phases 1 to 4.
• Manage and develop projects and competitions with an independent approach.
• Think holistically about projects and maintain strong design clarity.
• Confidently present and defend concepts to clients and juries.
• Lead smaller design teams through project delivery.
• Guarantee architectural quality throughout all project stages.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in architectural design, ideally including competitions.
• A high standard of creativity and clear conceptual thinking.
• Independent, organized, and precise working methods.
• Ability to translate complex demands into straightforward architectural solutions.
• Solid experience with Archicad in both 2D and 3D environments.
• Proficiency in German language at a minimum of C1 level.
