Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Architect (m/f/d) with a focus on the execution stages 6 to 8 of project phases. This role offers ownership of demanding and diverse projects as well as a creative and independent working environment, allowing for considerable design freedom.

Primary Responsibilities (Phases 6–8 - Realisation)

• Preparing detailed bill of quantities
• Evaluating project bids and assisting with contract awarding processes
• Managing site supervision and overseeing construction execution
• Planning project timelines and monitoring schedule adherence
• Organizing and leading construction meetings
• Coordinating activities of contractors and subcontractors
• Verifying measurements and invoices for accuracy

Profile Requirements

• Completed degree in Architecture
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work
• Strong practical, hands-on attitude
• Proficient in CAD software, preferably Allplan
• Experience with AVA software, ideally California
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications
• Team-oriented, highly motivated, and decisive
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Responsible demeanor and confident interaction with clients and project participants
