Role Overview

The Aptitude Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position in Vijayawada focused on delivering training sessions in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The trainer will prepare and conduct lessons, devise engaging activities, create practice questions and mock tests, and assess learner progress regularly. Responsibilities include providing clear concept explanations, delivering individualized feedback, and assisting learners in forming effective exam strategies and boosting confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans targeting quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal skills.
• Design practice questions, mock assessments, and conduct periodic learner evaluations.
• Offer personalized coaching and feedback to help learners improve their performance.
• Update and refine training materials in collaboration with academic teams to maintain curriculum relevance.
• Maintain a professional, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere accommodating diverse learner levels.
• Use educational technologies like digital presentations and online testing platforms effectively.
• Manage batches flexibly, including the possibility of weekend sessions as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation with the skill to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities suitable for diverse learner groups.
• Experience in instructing for competitive exams, professional aptitude tests, or campus placements; prior coaching or classroom experience is advantageous.
• Competence in creating lesson plans, practice questions, and applying learner feedback to enhance training effectiveness.
• Familiarity with educational technology such as presentation tools and learning management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or Education are preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills, patience, and capability to foster an encouraging learning environment.
• Commitment to working full-time from Vijayawada campus with flexible timing as needed.
