Role Overview

The role of Aptitude and Soft Skills Trainer involves crafting and leading engaging sessions on quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, soft skills, and essential life skills for students and early-career professionals. Responsibilities include developing curricula, generating training materials, facilitating interactive learning activities, evaluating participants' progress, and providing feedback aimed at enhancing employability and communication competencies. Collaborating with academic and placement teams to ensure alignment with institutional and industry expectations is vital. The position requires full-time, on-site commitment at the Kanyakumari district, involving close interaction with learners and faculty to support career-centric skill development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in Training & Development and experience in designing comprehensive learning programs.
• Strong presentation capabilities and skill in conducting interactive, learner-focused sessions.
• In-depth knowledge of soft skills and life skills coaching, emphasizing professionalism, teamwork, and workplace preparedness.
• Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Relevant background in teaching, corporate training, or skill development especially with students or early-career individuals.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; additional credentials in education, psychology, or management are advantageous.
• Competence in creating assessments, monitoring learner progress, and reporting outcomes effectively.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as presentation software and e-learning platforms, with a mindset geared towards ongoing learning.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kanyakumari district and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams.
