Role overview
A prestigious global luxury brand is seeking a Regional Clientelling Manager to be based in Singapore as part of its APAC hub. This is an individual contributor position focused on bringing regional clientelling strategy to life across markets, with an emphasis on boutique execution and commercial impact.
The role bridges global direction and local store reality. It turns CRM segmentation and activation into practical clienteling routines, in-store experiences, gifting approaches, and advisor behaviours that help boutiques attract, retain, and grow client relationships.
You will work closely with in-market clienteling managers, retail leaders, store teams, marketing, operations, omnichannel, and CRM stakeholders to embed a stronger clienteling culture across the region.
What you will do
- Convert global clientelling priorities into actionable execution plans for APAC markets.
- Create clienteling playbooks, boutique rituals, client-facing tools, and local best-practice guides.
- Collaborate with retail, store leadership, marketing, operations, omnichannel, and CRM teams to improve acquisition, retention, and client spend progression.
- Coach client advisors and retail leaders on personalised service, relationship-building, and consistent clienteling standards.
- Analyse client data, CRM insights, store feedback, and market trends to identify scalable activations and growth opportunities.
- Set and track KPIs to assess client development performance, adoption levels, ROI, and market contribution.
- Feed market insights, commercial observations, and proven practices back to global teams to support the wider clientelling roadmap.
What the role requires
- Over 10 years of experience in luxury retail, clienteling, hospitality, or client experience roles.
- Deep understanding of premium retail service, boutique operations, and relationship-led selling.
- Track record of influencing senior leaders, retail managers, and store teams across multiple markets.
- Strong business judgement with the ability to turn client and store insights into practical field actions.
- Comfort working both strategically and at boutique execution level.
- Solid project management skills across regional, local, and global stakeholders.
