Overview
This role is for a Paid Social Analyst based in the United Arab Emirates, representing a partner company responsible for application management. The position focuses on driving measurable growth through data-centric paid social media strategies, managing and enhancing impactful advertising campaigns on major social platforms to help brands realize ambitious objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and fine-tune paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta's Facebook and Instagram.
- Design and implement media buying strategies aimed at maximizing revenue, performance, and return on ad spend.
- Regularly monitor campaign metrics, identify data-driven opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Efficiently manage budgets ensuring strategic allocation of advertising spend to meet business goals.
- Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative elements, and campaign structures for better results.
- Convert complex performance datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop data-informed campaign solutions.
- Handle multiple high-budget campaigns simultaneously while consistently hitting performance and revenue targets.
- Keep updated on trends in paid social advertising, platform changes, and new opportunities.
- Support reporting efforts by preparing concise performance summaries and suggestions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital advertising, specializing in paid social or direct response marketing.
- Proven track record managing high-budget paid social campaigns exceeding one million USD monthly.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate performance data and detect trends.
- Proficiency with advanced Excel and capable analytical aptitude.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical information to both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Able to work effectively in a remote setup aligned with Pacific Time zone hours.
- Bonus skills include familiarity with advertising APIs, SQL, business intelligence or analytics platforms.
- Experience with other advertising platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Google, or Pinterest is advantageous.
- Prior collaboration with creative teams or experience in social media content creation is a plus.
