About the Role and Company
NLB Services is a rapidly expanding workforce solutions provider with over 16 years of expertise evolving from IT consulting to domains such as digital transformation, analytics, health technology, e-learning, and financial services. Operating globally with 8000+ professionals, including offices in Noida and Kolkata (India), and headquartered in Atlanta, the company partners with Fortune 500 multinational firms. We are looking to hire an experienced AI Practice Head to lead and grow our AI business presence across India and the USA.
Key Skills and Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI
- Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning methodologies, and data science
- Strong background in AI strategy, consulting, and solution architecture
- Experience in presales, business development, and practice growth
- Familiarity with AI platforms including Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI, and the OpenAI ecosystem
- Capability in managing stakeholders with CXO-level engagement
Responsibilities
- Lead growth efforts and revenue generation within the AI practice area
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in both Indian and US markets
- Develop AI-driven solutions and execute go-to-market plans
- Oversee AI consulting, solution development, and architectural projects
- Manage strategic client relationships and executive-level stakeholder communications
- Mentor and expand teams specializing in AI engineering, data science, and consulting
- Ensure successful implementation and delivery of AI transformation programs
Preferred Experience
- Proven leadership in managing AI Centers of Excellence (CoE) or analogous AI practices
- Hands-on experience working with both Indian and US clientele
- Track record demonstrating strategic partnerships and business growth achievements
- Experience delivering AI solutions at an enterprise scale
Eligibility
Applicants should possess at least a graduate-level education.
