Role overview
Dhanam Investment And Finance Private Limited is looking for an AI Developer / Full Stack Engineer in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on building smart, AI-enabled products and automations that can be used across web and mobile environments.
What you will do
- Plan, build, validate, and roll out AI-driven applications and intelligent automation workflows.
- Develop solutions that use Large Language Models with services such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source model stacks.
- Create conversational tools like AI chatbots and virtual assistants, along with automation systems for business processes.
- Develop REST APIs and connect AI capabilities with web and mobile applications.
- Adjust and refine models when needed, and improve prompts to increase output quality and reliability.
- Work closely with developers, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand business needs and turn them into practical AI solutions.
- Track system behavior after deployment and keep improving performance, speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Prepare and maintain technical notes, deployment instructions, and end-user documentation.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 25,000 to INR 40,000.
