Job Overview

We are seeking Agronomist Team Leaders and Junior Agronomist Team Leaders based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. These full-time roles involve guiding farmers through crop management, providing product insights, managing online agronomy support, and leading agronomist teams to foster strong farmer relationships and fulfill organizational objectives. Immediate joining is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on crop care and product utilization to farmers.
• Respond effectively to online agronomy inquiries and customer concerns.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of agronomists to achieve set goals.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with farmers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction aligned with business targets.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc. in Agriculture is essential.
• Preferably 3 to 4 years of experience in the agri e-commerce or agricultural input sector.
• Strong expertise in agronomy and crop advisory.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and operational understanding of agri-inputs and e-commerce systems.
