About the Role and Company
This position as Agentforce Administrator focuses on managing and customizing Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud platforms tailored to clients' unique requirements. The role is offered by Ailo-IT GmbH, a company founded in January 2019 and recognized as a preferred implementation partner for Salesforce CRM projects. Responsibilities
- Customize Agentforce templates rigorously to align with the specific business processes and data environments of diverse clients.
- Perform precise prompt-tuning and deployment to adapt system and user prompts, accurately supporting client use cases.
- Implement and manage strict security and governance by configuring system-user-equivalent AI agents with robust sharing settings, profiles, and permission sets ensuring stringent data protection.
- Guarantee the readiness of client data for AI integration and connect AI agents to workflows and standard actions to deliver tangible enhancements in sales and service operations.
Requirements
- Extensive professional project experience as a Salesforce Administrator within agency or consultancy settings, with mandatory certifications in Sales & Service Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, understanding its critical role as the foundational platform for any AI system effectiveness.
- Strong commitment to maintaining data security and access controls in complex customer environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to engage in a largely performance-based, variable salary scheme that aligns with collective business growth.
- Proficiency in German at fluent (C1) level and conversational English (B1-B2).
- Possession of an EU work permit is essential for eligibility.
