Role Overview
The Admission Officer contributes significantly to the organization's revenue by meeting assigned sales targets through active engagement with prospective and current students.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Promote and sell the company's unique educational course offerings to both new and existing students, incorporating up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions, directly impacting targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated student data within the lead management system to facilitate effective follow-ups.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales proficiency.
- Comply strictly with all internal processes and regulatory requirements to uphold organizational standards.
