Admission Counsellor - Work From Home

Role Overview

This position involves offering tailored academic and career advice, answering questions related to courses, eligibility criteria, admissions procedures, fee structures, and scholarship opportunities. The counsellor will introduce prospective students to the unique aspects of various programs, teaching methods, and the associated career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by conducting cold calls and managing inbound inquiries.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed enrollments and consistently achieve monthly targets.
• Efficiently process student applications while maintaining transparent communication with parents.
• Conduct follow-ups on enrollment confirmations and collaborate with the admissions team to meet organizational objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and new career pathways emerging in the education sector.
• Maintain precise records of counselling sessions using CRM systems and expand the database of prospective students.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of any undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Education, Psychology, or related fields, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience ranging from 2 to 4 years in academic counselling, career guidance, or admissions is mandatory.
• Competence in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Understanding of educational structures, courses, and career routes is required; training will be provided.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills to effectively promote enrollments.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from office premises with rotational weekly offs.
