Position Overview
This role is for a dependable and highly organized remote administrative assistant who will support an expanding operations function across the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative data handling
- Keep spreadsheets and internal databases updated through Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Check records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Normalize names, contact details, formatting, and internal documents.
- Spot duplicate entries, missing fields, and mismatched information.
- Mark incomplete records for follow-up.
- Store digital files in an orderly way using approved naming rules and folder systems.
- Maintain a clear history of edits and corrections.
Workflow and task coordination
- Review incoming administrative requests and organize them.
- Route or assign tasks according to existing workflow rules.
- Track items until they are completed.

Tracking and reporting
