Job Summary
We seek a meticulous and well-organized Administrative Assistant to manage daily clerical tasks and facilitate smooth internal procedures. This role demands exceptional organizational abilities, multitasking efficiency, and prior experience supporting administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update various data, records, and task details within electronic management systems.
- Ensure the timely follow-up for issuing and renewing licenses and permits by meeting all requisite criteria.
- Oversee contract-related documentation and maintain orderly administrative records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and workflows.
- Track employee training and development activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance including report generation, correspondence drafting, and document preparation.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems effectively.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline is essential.
- At least one year of experience working in administrative support or a comparable role.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possesses strong communication capabilities coupled with excellent organizational skills.
