Role Overview

This position supports the Chief Investment Officer and helps the wider team stay organized and efficient. What You Will Do

  • Keep the CIO’s schedule organized by coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal team calendars.
  • Arrange meetings with investors, lenders, vendors, consultants, and coworkers.
  • Handle the setup for meetings, including conference rooms and virtual meeting tools.
  • Draft and prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain orderly digital and paper filing systems for investment and project records.
  • Prepare agendas, reference materials, and presentation packets for meetings.
  • Take notes during meetings when needed and track follow-up tasks.
  • Manage incoming communications and prepare standard replies as required.
  • Act as a polished and professional contact point for internal teams and outside stakeholders.
  • Protect confidential investment, financial, and project information.
  • Support events, training sessions, and other special assignments.
  • Help maintain contact lists, project tracking tools, and other administrative resources.

Compensation and Benefits
