Adhoc Security Officer at Pharmaceutical Facility

Job Overview

We are looking for vigilant and responsible Adhoc Security Officers to support security functions at a pharmaceutical site on a temporary or on-demand basis. The main focus is to ensure the safety of the site, manage access controls, and uphold stringent security and compliance standards relevant to pharmaceutical environments.

Key Duties

• Manage entry and exit for staff, visitors, contractors, and deliveries by verifying identification and permits.
• Conduct thorough security checks on individuals, belongings, and vehicles as required.
• Perform regular patrols to detect and prevent unauthorized or hazardous activities.
• Monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems to maintain surveillance.
• Protect sensitive areas such as labs, storage, and production zones within the site.
• Ensure adherence to site regulations, safety protocols, and pharmaceutical compliance guidelines including GMP standards.
• Act promptly to respond to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches, escalating issues appropriately.
• Support evacuation drills, fire response, and emergency procedures when necessary.
• Keep detailed records, logs, and incident reports accurately.
• Provide courteous and professional support to all staff and visitors on site.
