Job Overview
Culligan Pure Waters seeks a meticulous Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our Idaho Falls team. This position plays a crucial role in managing our financial operations effectively as the company expands its reach. Ideal candidates are passionate about numbers and excel in dynamic, mission-driven environments.
Key Duties
- Maintain precise financial documentation, covering accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct daily bookkeeping including data input, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of ledgers.
- Process payroll accurately and punctually.
- Produce financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually for managerial assessment.
- Track cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and tax regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
- Work alongside management to facilitate audits and contribute to financial planning.
Candidate Qualifications
- Practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or equivalent financial roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or comparable systems.
- Strong expertise in general ledger accounting and producing financial reports.
- Knowledgeable in payroll processes and tax compliance requirements.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Keen attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and capacity to meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Compensation
