Job Overview
Advance Emergency Systems Private Limited seeks an Accountant to join their team based in Goregaon (E), Mumbai. The working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounting operations efficiently.
- Oversee GST, TDS compliance and perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Generate invoices along with Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Utilize Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel for day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of financial documentation.
- Handle sales, purchase transactions, tax filings related to TDS and GST.
- Process Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) contributions and entry of vouchers.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates with any graduation degree and a work experience of 1 to 2 years in accounting are eligible to apply.
