Overview
The Account Manager role focuses on understanding and addressing the needs of both new and existing clients to support their success using our product. This position requires building effective communication channels with customers and internal teams to resolve any challenges customers encounter.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments to ensure all relevant parties are aligned towards customer success
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to comprehend and meet their objectives
- Conduct on-site visits to customers to identify opportunities for expanding use of our platform
- Oversee and report on the status and health of customer accounts
Qualifications
- Prior experience in account management roles
- Strong communication skills with comfort in client-facing environments
- Readiness and capability to travel as required
