About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Head to join a manufacturing company located near NHPC Metro station, Faridabad. This leadership position demands 8 to 12 years of experience in managing financial accounting functions within an organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the organization's accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Oversee budget preparation, auditing processes, and ensure adherence to financial compliance standards.
- Lead and coordinate the accounts team to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.
- Design and implement strategies aimed at controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate informed financial decisions.
- Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management effectively.

Salary Range: INR 50,000 to 60,000 per month
