Position Overview
The Accounts Clerk position involves delivering comprehensive financial and administrative assistance to maintain smooth functioning within the accounts department. Key duties include handling invoice processing, ensuring precise maintenance of financial documentation, performing account reconciliations, aiding payroll operations, overseeing accounts payable and receivable activities, and contributing to month-end closure procedures. All tasks are to be performed in adherence to the organization's policies and accounting standards.
Working Hours
The role operates during office hours from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
