Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Assistant to join our team in Chandigarh. This role involves executing accurate data entry tasks, verifying various financial transactions, and conducting bank and vendor reconciliations. Familiarity with Busy accounting software is preferred to efficiently manage the accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering financial data with accuracy into the system.
- Verifying the authenticity and correctness of all transaction records.
- Performing bank reconciliations to ensure consistency in cash flow records.
- Handling vendor reconciliations to maintain supplier account accuracy.
- Utilizing Busy software for accounting processes is advantageous.
