Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Accommodation Supervisor, your primary duty is to ensure all hotel rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards while being hands-on on the floor. You will stand in for the Housekeeping Operations Manager when needed and support our housekeeping team, which consists of internal employees and external cleaning service providers, ensuring smooth collaboration among all.

• Oversee daily cleanliness inspections throughout the hotel rooms and communal spaces.
• Serve as acting Housekeeping Operations Manager during absences.
• Manage, mentor, and coach housekeeping staff, fostering adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with outsourced cleaning companies, managing order placements and verifying deliveries.
• Collaborate closely with hotel hosts and maintenance teams to meet guest requests effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven prior experience in a similar accommodation or housekeeping supervisory role.
• Strong passion for maintaining cleanliness and order with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident presentation skills and a positive, approachable attitude combined with a good sense of humor.
• Enjoy working with a diverse international clientele and adept at addressing their varied needs smartly.
• Fluency in English is essential.
