3D Designer

Role overview

Klive Asia is a Singapore-based experiential events company that creates immersive exhibitions, brand activations, and large-scale event environments for government bodies, corporations, and consumer brands. This role is for a 3D Designer who can turn concepts into clear visualisations and practical build documents that guide fabrication and on-site execution.

What you will do

• Create 3D visual concepts and photorealistic renders for events, exhibitions, and brand activation spaces.
• Prepare technical drawings, material specifications, and documentation suitable for fabrication using AutoCAD.
• Work closely with graphic designers to keep branding consistent across the full spatial experience.
• Develop mood boards, material directions, and presentation decks for client review.
• Handle several active projects at once and meet demanding timelines tied to event delivery.

What we are looking for

You should be comfortable working with SketchUp and AutoCAD, and be able to design spaces that are not only visually strong but also executable by builders. A proactive approach is important, especially during high-pressure event periods.

Requirements

• A degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, or retail environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SketchUp and V-Ray, or similar rendering tools.
• Advanced ability in AutoCAD for technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Willingness to put in extra effort during critical event weeks.
• Experience using AI-supported design tools is an added advantage.
