Role Overview

This full-time, on-site teaching position is based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, with work also mentioned for Gudur. The selected instructor will run the 21st Century Skills Program in partner schools, deliver structured learning sessions, and ensure smooth coordination with school teams for effective implementation.

Key Duties

• Plan and conduct 21st-century skills classes in assigned schools using prepared curriculum and lesson plans.
• Use interactive, activity-based teaching approaches to keep students actively involved.
• Maintain order in the classroom and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Join compulsory internal training sessions and skill-development workshops.
• Lead orientation sessions and workshops for students, teachers, and parents when needed.
• Work closely with school staff to finalize timetables, schedules, and day-to-day program delivery.
• Keep attendance logs, session documentation, and share observations or feedback with the operations team.
• Deliver demonstration classes in potential schools whenever required; extra compensation may apply.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time on-site role that follows school hours, usually from Monday to Friday during the school day.

Compensation

The annual salary range is INR 3.6 LPA to INR 4.8 LPA. Additional payment may be provided for demo sessions in other schools, subject to mutual agreement.
