About the Internship
This internship opportunity involves supporting the Talent Acquisition team with multiple HR and recruitment functions. Responsibilities include finding and sourcing candidates using various platforms, screening and shortlisting resumes based on role suitability, scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting initial HR screening conversations, maintaining and updating recruitment status trackers, drafting and posting job descriptions, supporting employer branding efforts, and contributing to campus outreach programs. Interns play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
