About the Internship

This internship offers a comprehensive opportunity to gain experience in various human resources functions while working remotely. You will engage in activities such as creating and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms, evaluating candidate resumes to identify the best fits, and managing communications including interview scheduling and feedback dissemination.

Additionally, you will assist in interviewing processes, help assess candidates after interviews, and support onboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions for new employees. Maintaining candidate data accurately within databases is also a key part of your responsibilities. You will further conduct market research on recruitment trends and analyze feedback to continually improve the hiring workflow.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be able to work from home and be available to start the internship between July 19, 2026, and August 23, 2026. The position requires a commitment of six months and candidates should demonstrate relevant skills and interest for the role.

Compensation and Perks

The stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, including a fixed component between ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 and an additional incentive allowance of ₹5,000 per month. Interns will also receive a certificate of completion and enjoy flexible working hours.
